Living Room Games for the family

Just because we are stuck at home in isolation, doesn't mean we can't work on physical literacy skills! What are physical literacy skills? Just like in reading and writing, being physical is a literacy. We have to learn to walk before we can run! In physical education, it's important we learn these basic skills so they can be transferred from sport to sport. The games below work on these skills within specific game categories; Target, Invasion, Striking and Fielding, Net/Wall.

Check out these games to keep the learning happening at home!
